I have the Commander running and up to 2 weeks ago i had no problems, then suddenly 3 cameras went offline and although i can see then on the main computer i cannot see them anymore on the alert app on my iphone I do not find any possibility to make them apprea off or online , can someone give me a hint ? thanks in advance

is there any chance to get someone to help or point me into a direction of someone who can help ? Even paid service form logitech direct, we need the capacity to check these cameras from outisde the company thank you

Hey kevinpecks,

What color is the status LED on the bottom of the 3 offline cameras?

Purple would indicated that the cameras are only connected to Alert Commander.

Dark Blue would indicate that they are connected both online and in the Alert Commander.

Have you tired power cycling the cameras, unplug the cameras for 30 - 60 seconds.

You can also try a hard reset on the cameras and have them resync with the software. The reset came be done through Alert Commander:

Open the Settings window

Select the Cameras tab > Reboot/Reset > reset the 3 cameras that are offline

Please advise if you continue to have issues
