Alert 700i Indoor Add-On Camera

I'm currently using a alert commander in my store, having problems with playback mode, once I click into it, it shows up the incorrect date and time. How do I fix this?

Your solution can be found on the below provided link :
Read and follow the instructions provided on Post # 96. The subject of the thread is different but the solution for your concern is in the link provided above.
In a nut shell, do the following :
1, Close out of Commander
2, Delete the MediaRecordingIndex file
3, Make sure to sync the time on your computer and switch it to time.nist.gov or us.pool.ntp.org, update and apply the changes
4, Restart the Computer and Re-launch the Commander
If the above does not resolve your concern, you might be required to do the above 3 steps, reset the Camera using a Paper clip and then Restart and Re-launch the Commander.
