I just upgraded my computer with Win7 64bit, I download LogitechAlertCommander3.1.139.exe from support site, while installing, the Alert Commander cannot find any camera while all the cameras can be seen on the Logitech Alert Web Viewer, so there should not be the issues with the camera or networking.
I did follow the Troubleshoot guide and turn off the all firewalls, Is there anything else that I missed ???

If you had set a local camera network password before, you'll need to use that password on the new install.
FYI...v3.2.181 is now out.

I reinstalled with LogitechAlertCommander3.2.181.exe, still doesn't resolve the problem.
I don't remember that I have set a local camera network password, I don't even know how!
I only have network password for wifi connection, is that it?

No, the local camera network password is something you would set within the Alert Commander app. When set, it sets it in the HomePlug units as well as the camera. If you install a new instance of Alert Commander, it won't know what that password is...so you would have to enter what you initialized them with in the original Alert Commander. I think the default is "HomePlugAV" unless you change it. Resetting the cameras alone doesn't help, because that doesn't reset the password in the HomePlug units. There is a HomePlug utility on the Logitech site that can be used to reset them...if you can't remember the password you used before.
If you are running via WiFi to your PC, try running via ethernet cable to your router...sometimes WiFi doesn't cooperate very well with HomePlug stuff ( f/w updates, etc. )...but normally will see cameras anyway.

Now I see how to enter the local camera network password: It's under Security and Web > Account > Advanced, there is an entry field called Security key, I entered the password that I usually used, then it works, found both of my camera....
Thanks to Useless S!

You could paperclip reset the camera you don't see...that would clear any password stored in it.
