My Blackberry app stopped working last week. Whenever I try to view my cameras from BB I get the message "No network connection. Please check your connection and try again". I deleted the app from the BB and downloaded the most recent app from Blackberry App World. I'm using Blackberr Enterprise Server and did download and install the Logitech for BES app. Anyone else having problems? Any suggestions? The cameras work fine with Logitech Commander and over the web.

Hello SteveHitchings,
Have you attempted to download and install the regular version of the app instead of the BES? Would you be able to try and let us know if the same problem is persisting?
Also, which network are you connected to when you attempt to view the camera(s) from the BB (Wireless or 3G).

Kiruban,
I have tried the other application as well. I deleted the Logitech for BES application, rebooted the device, and installed the other app. I get the login screen and when I press login is just clears the login information and represents the login screen. I am using a 3G network.
Thanks.

I'd like to tag along this post and mention that I am having the exact same problem. Started when I upgraded to V4 a month or so ago. Since then I bought a new BB Curve 9350 phone, and installed the Logitech V4 app, and the same thing happens. Each time I log in I get the login screen again. Hope someone can figure this bug out.

Dear basil1raad,
Are you using the 3G Network as well? From the past experience I have had with a BB Curve, I recall the customer did not have an issue when they were using their own Network. Would you be able to connect the Curve to your Network to which the Commander and Camera is Connected to and try again?
@ SteveHitchings,
Would you be abel to see if you have the ability to connect the BB BES to a local network and attempt to see if the problem persist

Unfortunately, this is a company issued phone and I can't change networks like that. It is a 3G phone.

Dear basil1raad,
I am only requesting you to do this for testing purpose. Performing this step would also give us(the Engineers) a location where they can focus on to find a resolution to this as soon as possible.
Once you change, test and acquire the results, you can change it back to your regular 3G.
Would you also be able to let me know who your Service Provider is.

Kiruban,
I performed the following actions and the results are detailed below:
1) Confirmed the Logitech BES app was still not working with 3G.
2) Successfully connected BB to my local network.
3) Ran Logitech BES application again utilizing the local network. Same results saying no network available.
4) Deleted the Logitech BES application and rebooted the blackberry device.
5) Downloaded and installed the other application.
6) Ran the new application on the blackberry utilizing the local network. Entered login information and then I WAS able to see all of my cameras.
7) Disconnected from the local network and reconnected to 3G. Restarted the application. I then experienced the same problem where I was presented with the login screen, I enter my information, and then a blank login screen redisplays.
So, the net results are that the BES application didn't work either way. The new 4.0 application only worked on the local network. Still doesn't work on 3G when I'm away from home. My provider is Verizon so hopefully you or the engineers can help.

Hope this helps.... I have a Torch 9850 on the Verizon 3G network. Phone software is version 7.1.0.163. 4.0 non-BES Logitech software. I can connect and see all cameras with both 3G and local WIFI or with either one with the other turned off.
