Hello basil14raad,
In regards to your Concern, were you able to perform the test I had requested you? If you are not sure, here is what I would like you to do.
I would like you to connect your BB Curve 9350 to the Wifi network and then attempt to view the camera(s) via the app.
Let me know what you find out.

Kiruban,
I connected to my home network as you instructed and I was able to login and see all of my cameras. My home network is with ATT, but the phone's broadband 3G network is through Sprint.
I need a solution for this when I try to connect away from home.

I have the exact same problem with the bold 9780 on Rogers in Canada good on WiFi nothing on 3G

Is there any update on the issue with the BlackBerry app?
Just as a note, the BlackBerry Logitech Alert (for BES) on BlackBerry App World is version 1.1.0 and Released on January 17, 2011. The Logitech Alert (non-BES) on App World is version 4.0.0 and Released on December 13, 2011. There was a notification earlier that all BlackBerry users had to upgrade to the new app (4.0.0) which doesn't work with BES. It seems that whatever upgrades were made to the non-BES version didn't get made in the BES version and uploaded to the App World website. Any ETA on when this will be fixed?

Hello SteveHitchings,
Like I had already mentioned above, the engineers are looking into this issue as we speak. They definitely are working on this problem. This thread is also being monitored by the Engineers and the Product Specialist so they are aware of this concern.
Once a resolution is attained, you will be notified via an e-mail or I will definitely make sure to update this thread as I get any new information.
