What is the resolution for this? I have the same issue and probably require ver 4 of the mobile app but my BES restricts me from installing via blackberry app world. Can a link be provided to the .JAD file or a OTA installation. This has been done for a previous version http://dvs.logitech.com/bb. Thanks

I have downloaded and installed version 4 and it doesn't work with BES.
Kiruban, I sent you (via PM) information on the issues/questions the engineers had the other day. Do you know if they have made any progress or recieved my input?

Well the app is magically working again on my blackberry using version 1.1. I'll assume something was changed at Logitech's end since the app stopped working third week of January and after posting my message and logging a call to tech support it's working on the old app again. I hope is stays working or a .jad or OTA new app will be made available.

Hi dmacaskill, as Kiruban has said,our engineers are looking at why the current app is not behaving correctly with BES and have reached out to several of our forum users for help and information about their BES environments.
I can't explain why the old service is working again, but unfortunately it will likely be temporary. Sorry, I would love for us to have fixed it for you already; but I didn't want to set the wrong expectations around the old application and the service path behind it.

We still do not have any concrete solution to this concern. Our engineers are indeed working very hard to seek a resolution as soon as possible.
As soon as I hear anything, I will definitely update this thread for you and everyone else that is encountering this problem.

Just curious if there is any resolution and/or update on this. It's been almost two months since I reported the problem and it still doesn't seem to be resolved. Is there an ETA?
