I wanted to connect my Logitech cameras Alert on Blue Iris.
Once I've added a new camera and I enter the IP address, now comes an error code: 8000007a Check Port / User / Password), block 0
I think blue iris takes the camera via the IP but has problems to authenticate.
Can me someone help with this problem?
Sincerely,
BDMarder

What version of Blue Iris? Select the "Logitech RTSP" option from the device drop down box under the IP camera configuration tab. If that doesn't work, select "RTSP H.264/MPEG4" from the device drop down and use http port 80 and RTSP/video port 554. Leave the authentication fields alone. Under "Path" put either /LowResolutionVideo or /HighResolutionVideo depending on which you want (lo res or hi res).

When I have played around with Blue Iris at home (as this is not supported) I got this a couple of times and realized that my Cameras had changed IP addresses.
Double check in your router that you are using the correct IP addresses.
Also if you put in a password in the Alert Commander under "Secure Local Camera Network" you will need to enter that information as well.
