wow...I'm pretty **bleep** impressed by Logitech's support. F4U_Corsair & Eric Vernon from Logitech provided top notch service. The 700i seems to have internal issues so they're going to ship me a new one. Hope it turns out for the best. In the meantime, I'm still in awe by the service Logitech has provided. Props to F4U_Corsair & Eric Vernon!

Logitech Staff - the issue is occuring again. The 700i cam does not have any light on the bottom of the device. The AC adapter on the wall has a flashing blue + green light. I've tried the recommended advice and nothing seems to work. Any ideas? Thank you.
