This is very weird,, both cameras are online and connected by Commander but only one is shown on the main window. If you click on the blank box where the second camera should be you can see it. They were working fine.

I have noticed this same issue. The camera exists but is not displaying or recording video. Rebooting the camera gets it back up. Seems to happen about once a week or so.
I also noticed there were updates today for both the cameras and the software. Is there a list somewhere with the update improvements?
Thanks

Where the updates for the cameras or the software? Did it fix your problem?

I believe there were updates for both. Time will tell if it corrects the "Drop" problem I've experienced.

Logitech's Alert Camera tend to do things like this if you don't update the software and the firmware for the Camera when they release updates. Keep your devices updated and you should be fine. This kind of behaviour can also be seen when they camera is not sending and receiving info from the Commander.
Like you had mentioned above, you would have to reset the camera if nothin else works.
