I can see my master outdoor camera in desktop app, but I can't see that in web, why?
I tried to setup [Settings > Security & Web] and I do see my matching email account, but I always get the error message:
"There was a problem retrieving alert settings from the online service". WHAT IS GOING ON??

Go into your commander software if you can see the camera there and then go to settings. Click Cameras then Reboot/Reset.
Choose the Reboot option for each of your cameras that are not showing online.
