Once I installed a DropCam, my logitech security camera alerts stopped working. There is a glitch that won't allow two different cameras on the name network to send simultaneous alerts. Both cameras are designed to do the same thing.... and you're competitors. However, I suffer. Please fix.

Hi Randy,
I know that you have already contacted Dropcam customer support directly, but I thought that I'd also reply here to let you know that we are listening to your concerns.
Please know that there is nothing on Dropcam's system that can prevent you from receiving an alert from Logitech. We want you to be able to use whatever products you choose in parallel with Dropcam. And we definitely don't want you to suffer!
All of your Dropcam video is securely stored in the cloud on secure servers. Because motion and audio alerts are sent to you from our servers, there is no way that our system could interfere with email alerts over you local home network.
Know that we're working around the clock to ensure that your experience is great on our end. If you find that you need to get in touch with us again for whatever reason, feel free to email us directly at support@dropcam.com

I would need more information on this problem to better be able to help resolve the issue. The way that the Logitech cameras work is that the motion alert is actually sent from the online service. It it not sent from your local network. Because of this it seems unlikely that the two systems could be in conflict with each other. Perhaps there is some other problem that is preventing your camera from sending alerts that also coincidentally happened at the same time that you installed a second camera? If you have more infomation about this please post back to the thread.
