software won't play back clips. just get this error code.

I've been having problems for the past couple of hours.  Maybe there is some issue at Logitech.

the thing has been nothing but a pain in my **bleep**, to be honest. completely useless, thus far.

junk still won't playback clips, and the guy in tech support had no clue what to do about it. and you can clearly see the help i got on this message board.  fabulous.
