Alert Security Systems

There is an option to start Alert Commander as icon, but once I click it open, it would only minimized to the task bar.   And if I close it, it will actually close the software.   Is there a way to make it work like Skype where you hit close it will hide it back as icon to the right of the task bar?

Instead of closing the program, right-click the icon in the system tray and choose to hide it. I think that is what you want if I understand your question.
