I have an Iphone 4S Running 5.0.1
The following happen while on Cell phone network and WiFi
Pros-
Program loads quickly, better than 4.0
Cons-
"Loading Video" comes up and goes away after about 3 seconds. It then says "live" but there is no motion. It then goes to "Loading Video" for about 5 seconds and then "live" again with no motion. This cycle continues with the same intial video clip it captured when the program first loaded.

Hello neneago,
I noticed your post and wanted to check if this issue is still occuring.
If so, first thing I'll have you do is to uninstall the app from your Iphone, clear the cache, and reinstall the app.
As well, are you able to view your cameras using the Alert online viewer on your web browser with no problems?

Online viewer is fine. The phone started working fine without me doing anything. The only problem is the lag. The old app was about 3 seconds off. 4.1 is about 7 to 10 seconds behind.

Hello neneago,
The engineers are apparantly aware of this issue and hope to get the lag fixed soon. There is also another thread about this which CatLogitech is posting to so you might want to keep an eye there to see if there are any updates:
