Alert Security Systems

I'm using my Logitech Alert software in a Windows 7 virtual machine (using Parallels) on a MacBook Pro.  Whenever I try to do a search in the Alert Commander Help application, the Logitech software locks up and I have to do a force quit.   Has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone know of a possible solution?   Thanks.

That's a very old bug that they have never corrected.
