Recording timestamps have been requested before. Not sure if the engineers have commented on this yet.
You can delete videos from where the videos are stored as they are stored by camera>year>month>day>files. I am pretty sure you will need to delete the mediarecordingindex file and make sure these files are not on the camera's SD card as the camera will just download them again.

Don't know if this was mentioned before, but it would be nice to be able to view the recorded files on another computer on my network directly. I currently have my Commander installed on a server computer that runs 24x7. There is no video card or any monitor attached to it, so there is no easy way for me to view the recorded video.
I have been using just a regular video player to view the raw files on my network drive, but I can only view one file at a time and not together in the same timeline line I can with Commander. It would be great if I can just load Command to another computer to just view the recorded files or maybe even a separate app just to review the videos on my own network drive.
How about just a stand alone player that just read the archive file directory (including network drives) and provide the same playback features as commander. I would not mind paying a one time fee for the player.

A client for Windows Phone 7.5 "Mango"
This would open the device up to all mobile device users and all of the neccessary API's should be available for developers in the mango release now.

Just bought a camera to test and so far I like this product. Thinking of buying 3 more. This system has a lot of potential. These are some of my suggestions, not sure if they've been mentioned yet.
1. Need to be able to select which cameras provide alerts. (i.e. have perimeter cameras alert, not inside ones).
2. Would be nice if the email (text message in my case) would have a picture in it.
3. Each time I get a text message it appears to be from a different person (ie. 1000-1, 1000-2, 1000-3). It would be nice to have an option to make this consistent so the phone can group them all together into the same "conversation".
4. Alert scheduling would be useful (i.e. don't alert at times when I know I'll be at home or automatically enable alerts some time at night)
5. When on the same network (ie. on the LAN) it would be nice if the iOS software used the local video feed (higher quality) instead of the web video feed
Just out of curiousity has anyone from Logitech acknowledges if any of these requests will be taken into consideration?

+1 for the ability to use more than six cameras. I'm currently maxed out on cameras, so any expansion would force me to move to different software (i.e. BlueIris)

I would like to have the ability to download all the images stored on a 750e in mass through the Internet, like you can currently do when the cameras are on the same LAN using the desktop version of Logitech Alert Commander. You can download them one at a time using the web based version of the software, but that is too much trouble and you run the risk that the image has been bumped off the camera before you have a chance to log into it.
In other words, I need a way to download all the recordings from a camera automatically through the internet.

AK512 wrote:I have been using my Logitech Alert Cameras and Commander for a couple of weeks now had a chance to test it out. I know most of this has been mentioned before, but here is my wish list
3. Allow setting for all cameras to record when one camera detects motion
4. Trigger recording via alarm system
5. Allow longer or continuous recording
These three items really got my attention. Everyone has mentioned the obvious bit about schedules and when to prevent notifications and alerts, but I would really like to be able to have it send me alerts only when a door is opened or an alarm sensor is triggered. This may be a lofty request, but it is something I am trying to achieve to really give me the full security experience and the accompanying peace of mind. There are some X10 and Insteon devices that are cheap enough, but I imagine the integration might be asking too much. Blue-iris, mycontrol or another application may be better for me, but I do enjoy the simplicity of the commander software.

1) you can set up which cameras actually alert (both on your PC and via email)
2) you can have a "snapshot" included in any email notifications (I get a dozen or more a day, everyday - just select the type of notificaton you want)
3) I second this motion, it would be nice if each sender address were not unique so they could group into one conversation
4) this is probably the #1 request on this thread - bar none - is Logitech listening? I sure hope so. LONG overdue
5) A local feed would be wonderful - it should be a simple software switch you can turn on or off or both and you select local for a higher quality in house
Has Logitech acknowedged any of these 17 pages of requests? NOT A CHANCE - they are all deaf mutes until we get the next update (God know when that will be; it just shows up one day and we all get excited and it's a bunch of bug fixes - at least so far. THE HOPE IS that one day they will reward our incredible patience with a big surprise and a MAJOR update... But they don't speak - nor can you speak to them (engineers) - they apparently live in a big castle on the hill with moots and aligators surround their high perch - no one gets to speak to the man behind the curtain. Not allowed.
But - we have HOPE.
