I agree with the timeout issue.  I just installed the camera system to use as an active baby monitor.  I have a rather large home and wanted to use the system with various iPods/iPhone/Androids/computers.  The thought was instead of having one baby monitor, we'd essentially have many with the use of different devices. 

If I'm on wifi using an app to view the camera, why should I be limited to 90 seconds?  That restriction essentially makes the product obsolete for my needs. 

Can someone from Logitech respond to this?  I'll keep it for another couple weeks, but I'll have to return it if this doesn't make it's way to an update soon.  Think about it Logitech!  Get rid of the live viewing restrictions and you'll have the best baby monitor product on the market!

Well said - Logitech is a sluggish to respond and difficult to reach management type of company  - unfortunately they hide behind these forum barriers and make it as difficult as possible to speak to anyone but a front line clerk - who typically knows less about the product than I do - it's sad because it is a great product - with TREMENDOUS potential - however they are doing so much harm to themselves in their arrogant way of dealing with customers (or should I say ignoring them) - GREAT PRODUCT - TECH SUPP **bleep**, in other words.

I would like to have multiple email addresses registered.  I have these installed in a business for clients to see video. When they login via the web they could change the password.  It would be nice to have a view only email address that does not allow a user to change the password.

I'd like to see the ability to be able to remotely via commander software perform a hard reset on the camera that does the same function as pressing the small reset button on the camera.  As long as the camera is still operational and you don't have to press the reset button to access the camera, being able to do this via the software would help when troubleshooting camera issues.  No more climbing a ladder in the middle of winter to try and press a button in a tiny hole with a paper clip while your hands are turning purple from the cold!!

I would second that!!!    I have had to do that more than once and try removing and reinstalling the SD micro card when you are 15' up in the air and below the camera!    Card should have been installed in the power supply if you ask me - along with the reset button - fortunately only two of my cameras are in inconvenient places but most cameras that are installed outside will almost always be beyond reach and thus require a ladder - Logitech needs to rethink this and I would strongly encourage this enhancement so we have the option of a reset remotely.  Great idea!

Oh, and while you are making changes (soon, please!) - let's also have the ability to minimize any one camera so we can put it active in the corner of one's PC window (and move it around) - that way we can monitor a camera while being productive on our PC without having to switch back an forth between the two (or more) on the task bar.  Annoying.  

AND, for REVUE updates, please allow the timer to be unlimited and Picture in Picture capable so one can watch TV with the camera's in any one corner (small or large, like it is now)  -  these would be very versatile upgrades allowing for much more functionality and use by the user - but limiting the viewing time on the local network just makes no sense at all -

I would really like to see the option to take a "snap shot" of a camera every minute, or how ever often I would like (no less than 10 seconds of course)

I bought the Ligitech Alert 750e Outdoor master system, hoping to use it for a weather camera, and upload it to my web site (or at least still photos that are taken)

Or, if there is a way to access the live feed from the camera's using their individual IP addresses with out the software.

Such as some other cameras that have built in web servers (for the same price as this system).

I just want to be able to upgrade my weather web camera.... 

-- if YOu are able to export a picture every.. say 60 seconds, the option for .gif, or .jpg (100% quality) would be wonderful.

I am however going to expand this system to a full 6 cameras.  I am very impressed with the 720p resolution.

I would like the option to record video feeds to a PC. My SD cards are constantly failing and I'm not able to record anything, making the cameras virtually useless. If I was able to record video straight to my hard drive, I would be able to at least record when the SD cards are down.
