I would like to rollback my camera firmware if possible to something before 3.1.221. My cameras used to be automatically found and reset after power failure. It no longer seems to do this. Previously when selecting update camera firmware within Commander Software you could pick more than one firmware in the dropdown menu box. Now only the latest firmware is available, which incidentally seems to have changed today. I don't see a post on the forum about the newest firmware 3.1.154. Does anyone have information on what this firmware upgrade offers?

Exact same issue as me. I have now tried with a different router with no positive result. Camera remains undetectable.
When reset cycles solid white(pink), blue, then solid amber.
A procedure for downgrading would be appreciated as it seems this is the only certain fix for this issue awaiting a new firmware update. Please provide firmware and procedure to rollback.

3.1.154 is older than 3.1.221

I have exactly the same problem. I have two outdoor and one indoor cameras. They all worked fine before firmware update. After updating, cameras were hard to find, but eventually they were all found. They worked for less than one day, and suddenly, all three went offline. No matter what I did (plug/unplug, power cycling, rebooting router, downgrading Commander, resetting factory default ... anything that I can think of), I cannot bring them back online. Looks like Logitech messed up the latest firmware really badly.

Can you see the cameras on alert.logitech.com ? ...will indicate if the router is working with the cameras. Is the PC networked via ethernet cable or WiFi ? ...have seen some odd issues with WiFi. Did you ever set a local camera network password in Alert Commander ? ...may or may not matter, but another variable to comprehend. What is the camera status LED showing ? Did the problem start today...or been happening for a while ?

Then I'd strongly suggest calling Logitech Support.

OK, so a paper clip hard reset brought it back for me. For how long, I'm not sure. Obviously this FW update has a problem from the number of people on this thread.
Take the cover off the camera and reach into the pinhole with a paper clip, this hopefully will do it for you.

Useless S, thanks for pointing out that the hardware firmware available for the camera is actually older than the current one and not a newer version. I successfully downgraded my cameras and now have the setup that has been stable for me for several months. Now I can find out if the problems I was having was actually caused by the updated software/firmware or not. I had issues with not finding cameras, losing live images, inability to arm cameras. Let's see what happens the next few days.
