Re: No cameras or sites have been defined

Hello uptown,

Have you tried opening ports on the router namely UDP 1900 and TCP 1935? These are the two primary ports that the Alert commander Uses to communicate to and from your Camera to our Servers.

Re: No cameras or sites have been defined

I haven't, but none of my router settings have changed, and this used to work without those ports being modified.  Were there changes to the software that affected how connecitvity works?

Re: No cameras or sites have been defined

After restarting my camera and power plugs a bunch of times, and re-creating my zone, I'm able to see the camera remotely again.  No changes to the router were necessary.

Re: No cameras or sites have been defined

Dear Lenny, I've also got the same problem in these few days. I've used the camera for 3 weeks. I don't know why it suddenly not work & shows "no cameras are currently detected" even I tried to reset & reinstall the Commander several times & on another computer. I installed a software of my printer on the same computer few days ago & not sure if this action created a problem for the Commander. Can you help? Tks! Simone
