Hello uptown,
Have you tried opening ports on the router namely UDP 1900 and TCP 1935? These are the two primary ports that the Alert commander Uses to communicate to and from your Camera to our Servers.

I haven't, but none of my router settings have changed, and this used to work without those ports being modified. Were there changes to the software that affected how connecitvity works?

After restarting my camera and power plugs a bunch of times, and re-creating my zone, I'm able to see the camera remotely again. No changes to the router were necessary.
