Hi,
I have Logitech 750i, and everything seems to be working fine. (Apart from 15 to 20 sec stream delay time)
My system notified me of the new update released by Logitech, and I managed to update the software on my PC, the problem is that I am not able to update the Camera's firmware.
I can see the camera using the Alert software and the update detects it too, but every time I click update, the process starts with 0% for about 15 seconds +/- and stays at 0% and then the camera restarts (the system loses connection to it) and few seconds later it pops up on my screen with no update toke place.
The same thing happens every time I click update camera's firmware.
The camera stuck to the old firmware, I tried restarting PC, disconnecting the camera for few seconds and connect it again and still no luck!!
Any help would be really appreciated.
Many thanks
P.S. I was thinking of buying a POE injector to replace the power adaptor for the internet connection to better up the connection to the internet, and came across these specs for an injector and was hoping to know if it will work with my camera.

| Output Voltage: | DC48V |

If the PC is using WiFi, try with a wire.
As for the PoE injector, that looks like it provides about 10 times as much current as the camera will actually use...so it should work.

Also, if you have any antivirus/software firewall/content filtering software on your PC, try disabling or uninstalling it for the FW upgrade.

Hi Useless S,
I actually had my PC on both connections, wired and wireless.
I did disable the wireless and VIOLA!!! Everything worked like magic.
Sometimes it is the smallest thing that can make the big deference.
Thanks a lot,
