And I would love to develop it further. But I have a day job and a family. It takes hours to create good software.
I was thinking about creating a 'wishlist' where people can vote on features they want using money. (1 dollar = one vote). And if a feature achieves enough demand I will spend the time to work on it.
Would anyone be interested in seeing such a thing? and if so, would anyone acually put (real) money into it?
Things I would like todo:
Storage options (custom locations and max sizes)
Headless version (with web based GUI)
Live streaming.
object detection and face recognition.

Posted a very minor issue to github. Looks like you wiped out the About iAlert.html file when you were doing your last clean-up.

This software has a lot of promise and I thought I'd look into it to see if I can help out. Unfortunately, I can't really getting all the pieces to play together nicely in Windows (Visual Studio 2010 or 2008). Do you think you can help me out here?

Hello
Can you please let me know, how this software is suppose to work?
I am really happy, that you have spent the time to write this program, as it is highly needed.. but when I run it, I don't see any options in logging in or finding the cameras.
Can you please let me know, how it's meant to work?
Thanks a lot in advance.
Best regards,
Henrik

I have written a java based version of logitech alert commander, and am still working on some features. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
