Problem - My Master Camera 750e viewing problems

Just bought a Master Camera 750e and 5 units 700e add-on cameras.
I already set-up my cameras a week ago, everything was working perfectly. I can view them on the Alert Commander and also on the Web Viewer. But 2 days ago, I was away from home so I wanted to check online using Web Viewer and found out that my Master Camera cannot be viewed, but the 5 add-on cameras were just working fine. When I got back, I checked my Alert Commander and tried to view my Master Camera, it's working fine, but still can't be viewed on the Web Viewer? I checked the LED, it was showing purple. So I rebooted my Modem, my Cameras, my PC, unplugged and plugged the Master Camera. It still isn't viewable on the Web Viewer, why is that?

Unplug the camera and try removing the camera from both alert.logitech.com and PC Commander. Then try plugging the camera back in. It will show up again when it links to the online database. If that doesn't help. Try a software camera reset via PC Commander under the camera area.
