I recently updated my Commander Software and camera firmware to latest versions but I don't find these as stable as previous versions. Does Logitech keep previous versions of Software and firmware available for those who wish to return to these? Looking at the Logitech FTP server, only the current version of software is available. My cameras are not automatically found after power outages as they did before. The Commander program sometimes does not show the live view for some cameras on my Vista machine as it did before. I wish I had just kept what was already working. Has anyone successfully reverted back to last configuration of commander program and camera firmware?

I deleted Commander Software 3.1.SP1 and reinstalled 3.1.100 which has been very stable for me. Unable to rollback firmware on cameras but for right now, that doesn't seem to be an issue. Older camera firmware used to be available in the update dropdown menu but I was not able to choose any version except current firmware. Since Logitech doesn't keep older software versions around, I suggest manually downloading software from Logitech as they are released so that you have various versions to select from rather than upgrading from within Commander Software.. Also don't allow computer to connect to internet while installing older version as the software automatically tries to update to the latest version during installation. It is possible that there can be incompatibility issues with Commander Software and camera firmware if both are not from same time period. If you are not using the latest software, it is possible that you will be on your own for support issues.

Hi, after updating to recent commander software camera cannot be found. Upon installed functioned a few hours. After which it was nolonger detected. Reboot router, pc and camera several times, still no detection local or online. I have up until this point not experienced this with earlier releases but now it cannot be found at all. This seems to be a very bad upgrade unless im doing something very wrong. I will now try to rollback to 3.1.100 to see if that will help.

Reinstallation of Commander Software to 3.1.100 and security cameras back to 3.1.154 has been successful in returning stability to my system. I think I will hang on to this as it has worked well for months and it does everything I need for right now.
