Back then, i used to get pretty big previews in gmail, i'm not sure if the format change is from gmail or alert, but nowadays my previews are pretty small.

i use a android device, and back then with my htc incredible, it would have a nice big picture as a preview.

now with my new android device samsung galaxy nexus, i have to click download or preview before i can see much, the thumbnail it gives me is small!

does anyone know of a way to make it so that i can get a bigger preview

I'm understanding you're receiving small snapshots on your Samsung Galaxy Nexus. I'll be more than happy to assist you on this issue.

Currently we've been working on our servers to help improve with this issue. Are you still experiencing small snapshots?
