I can't login through the Web Commander or the iPad Commander (yes, I have upgraded to 4.1) over the last 2 hrs. Started getting errors when trying to retrieve clips. When I logged out and tried to login again I got "Unexpected error" on both clients.
Is the service down.....again?

We are indeed getting information regarding this from few sources. We have informed the engineers and they are indeed aware of this as we speak.
