Hi chiconizze,
Do you get the same results once you log in into your Web Commander? Are you able to see your Premium services there?
I look forward to your reply.
Kind regards,

Hello all..this is my first post here on the forum. Very happy with the Logitech Alert products!
I'm running the free APP called Logitech Alert Mobile Commander Version 4.2
on an iPhone 4 and iPad2 with no issues at all viewing live, and recorded Playback video.
I can also save video clips from the Playback tab to the iPad and view them,
and email them if I wish. The APP does not give me the ability to change any settings like
the PC based Web Commander program/link does. So to the original poster, you will need
to log in with a regular PC to have full access to the Settings in Web Commander.
When I try to access http://alert.logitech.com/ to run Web Commander, with my iPad or iPhone,
I am redirected to a link for downloading the Logitech Alert APP from the AppStore, which is
to be expected, as there is an App for that! LOL
Hope this helps.

This is because you are only accessing the cameras themselves, not your computer. Due to this you can only change certain settings that are camera based and not computer based. They do this so you can have your computer turned off. Also you can only view videos that ate currently on the SD cards not what is on the PC. The things you can change online is the names, motion, alerts, view SD cards and format, you subscription and your account info and security. The sending or downloadin or sharing videos is different. To change anything else you would need to open the program at the camera location. The changes I listed above are for people with the alert subscription. If you do not pay for this then you would only have live view.
If you are having trouble viewing in your apps see if you can load past videos online on a PC. Also check your SD card status and make sure you see check marks beside te cameras. If not then format the SD card to see if that helps. The best place to look online would be the same location that your cameras are in as you have more control over that environment. Sometimes depending on the router it can have certain ports closed needed to gain full access to the cameras for online or app.
