Suddenly one of my six cameras can not be viewed from the iPhone Mobile Commander, but I can view it from the PC Commander. All the other five cameras though can be viewed via the iPhone Mobile Commander.
This is the message I got when clicking on the camera in the iPhone application;
"There was a problem connecting to your camera. Please try again in a few minutes. (M503)"
Anyone have some idea how to fix this?
Equipment: 2 indoor + 4 outdoor Logitech Alert cameras

I see this problem as well. It happens intermittently, and then seems to "fix itself" and usually works when I try again later. After I first installed system and the app, any time I tried to play back a recorded clip I would get this error, although the live camera views always worked. This went on for a few days, and then everything started to work much better -- and now I only get the "503" error once in awhile.
Can anyone from Logitech comment on why this happens? Is it a server-too-busy problem, an issue connecting to the home ISP, or other?
When it's working, the system is really cool!

What I had to do was disconnect the camera from the unit plugged into the wall -- gave it a few seconds then plugged it back in. After that it immediately started working.

I've disconnected/reconnected my camera and I still can't see it on my iPhone.
I have just one camera (750i) which I bought 6 weeks ago and I have never, ever (!) been able to connect to it via my iPhone.
Via the browser on my PC it works fine so I imagined I could use my iPad to view it via Safari... no, the "clever" Logitech boffins detect that it is a mobile device and bounce you to the Mobile web commander which gives also the same M503 error on my iPad.
All in all I have found the 750i system a bit of a rip off given that I have never been able to access it while away from home.
Logitech: is it really so difficult to get a software update to fix this problem???

I've read lots of people getting to their cameras from iPhone.
Does your cameras appear as "online" -- it's not got the yellow yield sign on it?
What is your upload bandwidth at the location of your cameras?
What version of the camera firmware are you using (check in Commander, Settings> General> Update Cameras)?

And as we speak the camera is showing up as offline again on the web site and iPhone app.
