lost the sound of my indoor alert camera after 1 year.... anyone else have a fix?

Did you ajust microphone volume?  Or sound output volume?

I do know where the controls are, however the sound just died...I can see its turned up all the way, but I hear nothing. I even dusted the mic hole.
