I have an iPad and two laptops. One of them can log into the web comander and view recorded video just fine, but the other two (an iPad 2 and a thinkpad) cannot acess the recoded video ever. It just keeps saying "no recording at this time" whenever I try to access it for any of the cameras I have; i have three outdoor 700's and one indoor.
What could it possibly be?

When you do attempt to view the recordings on the ipad/thinkpad, are you able to see the recordings? Is it populating the recordings?
What happens when you attempt to click on any one of the recordings if you can see it?

I have an IPAD also but since it doesn't support Flash, I cant use the IPAD browser/Safari to access alert/logitech. I use the IPAD app that logitech (or somebody) provides for accessing the cameras live and recorded. It works really good, even better than the normal access through browsers using Web Commander (in getting the video anyway, camera controls are limited tho).
Using the IPAD app I get the list of snapshot images of the recorded clips from a camera very fast, (dependent on how good the camera LAN bandwidth is). It seems to be a lot faster that getting the grey bars to change to blue in Web Commander. And the plus is you can look at the list of images and select one in the farther past and get the video clip. In Web Commander you can;t do that, you have to wait till the gray bars slowly change one at a time going back in time until it gets to the clip at the time you want.
I had asked support once if they could somehow port that IPAD app to a browser page script or something but never got an answer.
If you are not using that IPAD app I suggest you give it a try.
