my computer is set to backup the sd card via internet. my computer is on 24/7. when I go to the online commander account, I only see 5 days of data, most likely from the sd card. How to see the previous days on my computer remotely ? Is it really in my computer ?
so, there is recording made at sd card and backup to my computer right ? so, on remote through the commander online account, where is that data ? only on sd card ? and get override when full ? what about the backup in the computer ? how to get it remotely ? if not, how to get it on site ? not from commander account ?

When you view clips from the web/mobile, you are seeing the clips on the SD card...and yes, older clips are overwritten when the SD card is full. If you need more history there, simply get a bigger microSDHC card...up to 32gb.
If you have Alert Commander saving the clips to a drive on the internet, then they don't exist locally...the Alert Commander app therefore views those clips via the internet.
