I don't know what's the problem. AC adapter or the wheel..Is any store can check it for me???

And if the problem is AC adapter,where can I buy one? I didn't see it in online store.

Any electronics store in your area should be able to test the power supply. Depending on your region, the power supply may or may not be a replaceable part. Your best bet is to contact customer care, something like this would be covered under the warranty.
