So I just bought this wheel and im having a major problem with it. It keeps turning on its own like I set it down and just stepped on the gas pedal and it spins left and right without me touching it.

Hello rotouke,

Is your wheel doing this constantly or does it do it only the once when you plug your wheel in?  If your steering wheel is doing this constantly, I would suggest exchanging it at the place of purchase.  If it only does it the once, your wheel is performing a self calibration and will do this every time you plug your steering wheel in.
