Hi,
I've had my Logitech F540 headset for a few months now. I am semi-satisfied.
The majority of this headset's use is playing PS3 games. More specifically CoD games.
The issues I'm having is that the headset is too quiet with in game sounds. Is there anyway to increase the sound (besides the obvious 'increase sound' scroll wheel)?
Another issue is with the recent CoD update, the voice chat volume has been decreased immensely. I can barely hear my friends (using F540 as well) and he can barely hear me.
Other than increasing mic sound through PS3 settings, which we've tried, and increasing chat volume, what is causing this? I'm positive the sound volume has changed, I've played long enough to notice differences such as this.
I'm contacting PlayStation and Infinity Ward & SledgeHammer on this issue as well.
