Help: DFGT is not recognized by the profiler.

When i open the "Game controllers" from the tray it says the "Driving force GT" is connected, but when i click "Logitech gaming software" is doesn't recognise the DFGT and says....

 

"Logitech Profiler was unable to detect any game controller... etc"

 

Everything it says i have got like the LED onfront of the steering wheel... Thats ON!!

 

 

Please can someone help?
