All the Logitech products come with the Logitech Limited Hardware Warranty. That covers hardware failures for a certaint amount of time depending on each device. If you open them that automatically voids the warranty. If by opening it something breaks or you discover something was broken, we won't be able to replace it.
If you are having issues with your G25 or any other Logitech product please contact Phone Support they will be able to guide you through the Trouble Shooting steps needed, and they can also check the warranty information.
