Hey guys,
I'm new here to ask one question regarding my wheel, I have no force feedback. The light doesnt come on at the top of the wheel and I have tried everything. Can anyone help or have I got a faulty wheel?
Thanks in advance.

Hi BigMoab,
If possible can you please try the Wheel on a second console, or in a PC and see if the same issue occurs. As well please try multiple power outlets and ensure the power supply is firmply plugged into the wheel as sometimes it can appear to be plugged in but not completely seated.
If the problem is still persisting it is likely a faulty wheel or power supply, in that case please contact support.
Regards

Hi CarterW, thanks for the reply. Yeah I have used the wheel on my brothers PS3 and I use the wheel for some PC games I have as well and I do still get the problem. I have made sure that the power supply has been seated full and double checked but no go
