Whenever I'm talking to someone on my Xbox 360, the microphone stops working. In order to make it work again, I have to unplug the wire on the controller and plug it again. It works for 5 minutes then I have to do it again. Is there a way to get a new wire or to get my headphone plug repaired?
Edit: I live in canada and I can't find the spare parts i need like in the US version of the website (they cannot deliver the 2.5 mm cable to canada).

Hello ericlinglet,
I suggest you contact the Logitech Support Team of your region regarding requesting for a replacement 2.5mm cable and you can also process for a warranty claim for a hardware failure. You can check the contact details here.
I hope this helps. ![]()
