 Im going to be recieving my G27 tommorow and i have already started making myself a stand (just like the center piece of a

real car) for it and i wanted to add an ebrake but i just found out i have to open the gear box and solder in it. SO, will modding

myG27 with an e-brake void my warranty?

Yes, modding your G27 will void the warranty.
