I have a wireless controller for playstation 2 and I lost the hook up that plugs into the console and I would like to see if there is anyway that your company can send me another one. I have the remote and all I know is the m/n is G-X2D11, I don't know the other numbers needed and if you can send one, I will pay a fee if there is a fee if not it would be wonderful

The Cordless Action Controller for PS2 has been discontinued and replacement parts are unavailable for purchase.  I would still suggest contacting Customer Care in your region to see what options are available to you.
