Design Controllers and Presenters

I'm looking for a simpe remote to control my Mac's arrow keys.

I'm using PowerPoint and iVGA to feed the signal to our NewTek TriCaster.

Can't use the software in the 'Slide Show' mode for some reason...however, it does work if we simply feed the TriCaster in the PP edit mode and using the up/down arrows.

Most presentation remotes only work when the PPT is in Slide Show/Full Screen mode.

Any help?
