Hi,
Like you I have just upgraded to Leopard and so far I haven't been able to get the tool dials to work. The device works fine but when I try to use the tool dial config the screen just freezes and I have to close it.
I have had this unit since the start and Im still upset that Logitech has killed this product.
Im hoping they will release an update that will work in Leopard.

Hi LarryHaz,
If you are referring to the previously bundled tooldial software, this was discontinued in October of 2006. Currently there are no plans to do any further development, so no, there won't be a Leopard update.
If you are referring to the navigator software, can you give me some specifics so that we can see if we can get you back up and running?

Hi Rich,
Well if there aren't any plans to support the Tool Dial in Leopard I guess that says it all. I don't intend to go back to an earlier version of the OS so I guess I'm screwed.
Are there any plans to release the base code to open source so someone else can fix it so it does work in Leopard?
My guess would be no. They want to kill the product and not release any code just wishing that all the purchasers would just go away .... Looks like Logitech doesn't care about the people that have purchased this product.
I'll keep this in mind when I need to purchase something new, I will look hard at other product first.
