Design Controllers and Presenters

Anyone know if the Nulooq Navigator is supposed to work in PhotoShop CS3, Extended version? I can't get the brush size feature of the software to work. As soon as I load Photoshop, the square at the top of the tooldial goes dark and I can't change brush size as I could with CS2.
