After a fresh reboot, my R400 works fine for about 2 minutes. Then it becomes an incompatible/unknown device. I believe that the driver install is failing. I have tried different ports to no avail. Is there a driver update for it? Not seeing one on this site. And when i go to downloads for the R400, it takes me to a 505 mouse instead. Bug?

The only software available for the R400 is the connection utility. If you are having trouble with your presenter staying connected can you try it with another computer to see if the issue repeats? If it does this may indicate a problem with the receiver itself and I would recommend contacting customer care in your region for additional assistance.
