Where is that #$% shortcut key ?

I am trying to install nulooq on PS CS4

Usually when I install the device and then run PS itgives me a pop-up telling what / where change so nulooq woudl be activated under PS. I don't see it anymore ?

WHere is it ? How can I do it ?

Anyone ?
