HELP computer cannot detect audio

Whenever i plug the headset into the usb, the computer will detect it as composite driver usb. I checked the sound system and they only detect the headset's mic but not the audio. Please help. Headset is logitech h340.

In order for your computer to detect the USB Headset H340, let me suggest checking the following:


  • Please make sure your headset is plugged into a USB 2.0 port
  • If it is, try a connecting it into a different port
  • Please test the headset with a different computer
