Re: Headset H330 does not work on windows 8.1

Hi BillyQ,

Could you please try your H330 Headset on different USB ports? Please make sure you are using a 2.0 USB port and not a 3.0 USB port. Also, could you please try your H330 Headset on another computer? Do you experience the same results? If not, could you please try the following on your Samsung laptop:

  1. Go to your Start Menu
  2. Open Control Panel
  3. Go to Hardware and Sound
  4. Open the Device Manager Option
  5. Scroll down to Sound, video and Game controllers
  6. Open the Drop down menu
  7. Select the Logitech H330 and double click it
  8. A window will pop up
  9. Go to the Drivers Tab
  10. Click on "Uninstall"
  11. Unplug your Logitech H330
  12. Restart your computer
  13. Plug the Logitech H330 once again
  14. Check if it is the Default Playback and Recording device

Try to check if your H330 is working.

Please give this a try.
