I suggest a complete removal of the driver software (first uninstall using Add/Remove Programs, then reboot, then delete all files that may remain in the driver installation folder, then reinstall the latest drivers downloaded fresh from Logitech's web site (v3.04b). if you're using a 64-bit operating system, make sure you install the 64-bit drivers. for a 32-bit operating system, install 32-bit drivers.

Of course I would do the basic uninstall/install trick but it didn't work, same error. And worse, it doesn't seems got a 64bit version could found. I use ver 3.4.143.0.
The first few days it works great but since last night everything became colorless.

when things aren't working properly, it's important to manually remove driver folders and reboot in between the uninstall and install. doing an uninstall followed by an immediate install doesn't necessarily help.
there appears to be some problem with the Logitech web site right now that prevents 64-bit drivers from showing up, so you can download them from here instead:

Thanks so much Ken and others.
I work in a game company so I think I know the basic uninstall/install rule.
I now set it run in "Vista SP2" mode and seems ok, the 64bit version would be tested if it got freeze again.
Do thanks again to everyone.
