G-Series Gaming Keyboards

Hi, I just upgraded my Logitech keyboard software to the new Logitech Gaming Software 8.20. Now I've installed this, the LCD just says G15 (its a mark 1 G15 with the orange LCD). If I click on the Logitech Gaming Software icon nothing happens, literally nothing, no window appears and nothing happens on the keybard. Can anyone help? I'm running Windows 7 64 bit Professional.

If you look in taskbar tray to the right, is the icon there (it looks like a black keyboard key)?

Did you install the correct version (win 7, 64 bit)?

The problem you mention, is how my computer will sometimes look after I come out of sleep, or at the login screen, once in windows, it should show up.

No icon at all, yep I installed the 64 bit specific version. I've even tried starting it as administrator, nothing.
