Being a gamer specifically WoW I constantly use shift+ctrl to keybind things, and I use my numberpad like a mad man to quickly hit keys I want
My issue is that **bleep**+ 2,5,8,4 uses the arrow keys on the number pad, and in WoW when can easily cause your character to start spinning or running uncontrollably because it gets locked in an autorun feature...
Is there anyway to disable the arrow keys from the number pad, I am open to anything, including editing the character maps etc I just can't figure it out

Hit the num lock key.
Another solution is to remove the arrow keys from the keybinding within the game.

I don't want to be mean, but I said I use the number pad..... so why would I disable the num lock key? Ironically you cant use the number pad if you do that................
Also, the arrow keys on the number pad are not bound, which is why I asked to disable them.....

The arrow keys are only availible if you disable numlock. When numlock is pressed, then you only get numbers.
If you are turning in game, that means either your numlock is not on, or the game has your keypad numbers set as options to turn (I believe this is the default for WoW).

Alright, I apologize I was ignorant regarding the num lock
But after testing it out, I know I have numlock on because I'm using the num pad to use spells but when i use
Shift + 4,5,2,8 it starts turning
and
movement keys in game are awsd and the arrow keys I suppose I could disable those but was curious if I could simply disable the arrow keys from the num pad alone

I never noticed that shift+numPad would use the arrow keys, but after a test, it indeed does. I think the only way to prevent that action in game is to remove the arrow keys from the turn options.

yea, its quite annoying and I think maybe its just because of my auto run button being numlock that when it starts to turn I begin to turn forever unless i turn it off
thanks though

Another way to enable/disable the arrow keys in the number pad on a pc is to go the start menu, select "settings", "control panel", "accessibility options", then select the "mouse" tab [no, not "keyboard" tab]. Uncheck the box that says "Use MouseKeys". Done.
