G-Series Gaming Keyboards

Hi all--

I recently upgraded my system to Windows 7 Ultimate (I think it's 32-bit, but I'm not sure.  I can find out if necessary) and updated the driver for my G-15 to the very latest and since doing this it has started being weird.  The LCD Display will randomly freeze for no apparent reason.  It doesn't happen every time after one certain game or anything like that, it'll just do it whenever it feels like it.  As you can imagine, this is very annoying.  The only way that I know to fix this is unplug it and plug it back in (or something that does the same thing, i.e. restart computer).  Also, when this happens, the G Keys cease to function as well.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, but to no avail.  Any help with this would be much appreciated.  Thanks for your time!

Please try installing our Legacy Gaming Software. In order for the software to install correctly, please ensure the previous version was completely uninstalled first.
